- Order Turnaround/Timeline
Once an order is received, it will be passed to our warehouse for packing. Please allow up to 3 business days (Business days are Mon-Fri Excluding Sat/Sun/PH). Most common orders will usually be ready the same business day or the next. For certain consignment/ stockist inventory products, this may add a day or 2 for item transit. Special Order items may take up to 3 weeks or more. We will advice the customer if an item is a special order or needs to be indented. Once the order is ready, the customer will be contacted for delivery arrangement or shipped/posted. You can contact us prior to ordering to determine the approximate delivery time for an item.
Ordering From Us ...
For best experience, we always recommend customers to register with us, so that you do not have to key in basic information everytime you buy with us.
We do understand that certain customers are not comfortable to provide personal information or the hassle to go through registration. We also accept the following ordering methods:
Registered User:
Registered clients will have their basic delivery information stored on our site. All transactions and purchases can also be viewed when you log in, you can check your records and use the invoices for warranty purposes without printing them.
Check Out without Registering:
We will only get your details once for the purpose of that transaction. A confirmation email and invoice will be generated for the customer to retain for reference and warranty claims. There will be no retrieveable record for the customer after that.
Non shopping cart orders:
The following methods of order will not have soft copy records, a hardcopy invoice would be delivered with the order, and this should be retained for future reference and warranty purpose. Please note that Email and Fax orders are only processed when an invoice number is generated. Email, Phone and Fax orders may take slightly longer due to manual processing time.
By Email:
Email to sales@onlineshop.com.sg, we do not need to know your name, but we need to know:
- What you want to order
- How many of them items you order
- Where to deliver (FULL COMPLETE ADDRESS)
- A contact number for the delivery
We will reply with a confirmation invoice with the items and total price including shipping or other charges and shipping arrangement details.
By Fax:
Fax Us at +65 6726 2264, the above information, you can scribble or type a formal letter, as long as we get the information of what you want.
By Telephone:
Call Us at +65 6726 0264 with the same information, We understand English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Please note that this number is only for Order taking. Nothing Else. No queries will be entertained.
Things to Note ...
Order Status
When you place an order with us, there are a few status on the order
1. Pending
This indicates that you have confirmed the order as well as the payment methods and delivery method and charges involved. At this stage the order have not been accepted by us and is not a binding contract. We reserve the right not to accept any order without any valid reason.
2. Processing
This indicates that we have accepted your order and is arranging for the packing and delivery of your order. We will contact you for delivery appointments, inform you on the exact method delivery and other related information.
3. Completed
This indicates that the transaction is complete:
- For Local Van delivery, this status will be updated when the item has been received by the customer.
- For Local/ Overseas Air Mail, this status will be updated once the items have been dispatched
- For Local/ Overseas Registered Air Mail, this status will be updated once the status of the item has been signed for as indicated by the postal records or 7 days after the item is dispatched whichever is earlier.
- For DHL Express and Tracking Services, this status will be updated after the item has been signed for by the receipient.
It does not indicate acceptance of order.
4. Update
This updates new information regarding the order in terms of payment, delivery or other special issues. It does not indicate acceptance of order or delivery of order.
5. Closed
This status is updated on orders that has been rejected, not accepted or void due to any reason, no further action will be performed on the order after this status. It does not indicate acceptance of order or delivery of order.
