Free/Non-Free Delivery Service
We provide free delivery islandwide (Singapore Island Only) for orders of minimum value SGD30.00. For orders less than SGD 30.00, a delivery charge of SGD 8.00 applys.
Free Deliveries can be by our van delivery service or by post delivery, whichever we deem fit or approiate for the address or product purchased. Van delivery time slots will be allocated if no preference is given. For preferential delivery time, we will try our best to accomodate depending on delivery schedule. For a specific method of delivery (if the customer insist on van delivery only or by Post only), a special van delivery surcharge of SGD 8.00 or the applicable postage rates applys.
For Van Delivery, our time slots are
- 7.30pm-10pm (new evening delivery!)
- Full day (NEW!)
Once the order is packed and ready from warehouse, we will contact the customer by phone/sms to arrange and confirm the delivery slot for you. Delivery slots will be next available and usually should be within 1 or 2 business days. Do not wait for the delivery if it has not been arranged yet.
Self Collection (Pick-Up)
Customers can also arrange to pick up from our office with no delivery charge. Self Collection have to be prearranged at least one business day in advance, by appointment only. Orders are usually ready the next business day, email will be sent once the order is ready. Prearrangement can be made thereafter. Self collect hours are 11.30am-1.30pm and 2.30pm-5.30pm weekdays only.
'FREE SHIPPING!' Delivery
Certain Products are marked 'FREE SHIPPING!', these items will be delivered free by our delivery service or post even though it is less than SGD30.00 in value. As long as there is one 'FREE SHIPPING!' item in the invoice, the whole order will be delivered free no matter of the value.
SingPost Local Delivery
All our items has its weight in grams shown on the description page.The total weight of your order will be calculated in the Invoice and you can see it when you click on 'Estimate Shipping'. Shipping will be by normal post.

Envelopes and Packaging materials will be provided by us free.
Items dispatched this way, the order will be considered delivered once we have dropped the shipment.
For Optional Registered Mail, click on the registered mail check box on check out. $2.24 additional chargeable for registered postage. Some one need to be at the delivery address to sign for the items.
Delivery time is usually next business day, but certain bulky items can take up to a week. We will only attempt to trace or enquire about the shipment 7 working days from shipment date.
Shipping Overseas ...
DHL Express gets you your item fast. You can check the shipping cost of your order before checking out by clicking on 'Estimate Shipping' in your shopping cart.
DHL Express items will be shipped daily and AWB number will be provided to the customer who can track it and arrange delivery.
SingPost International Post
For customers who prize cost over speed, we ship globally by SingPost air mail. The estimated time of shipping can be 2-14 days depending on location. We will advice on shipping of your order.

Optional Registered Mail will have a Registered Article number and needs to be signed for, this option can be checked when you check out. The additional cost is SGD2.24.

Returns Policy ...
Product will be exchangeable (for same product) for the conditions (1.)+(2.)+(3.) or (1.)+(3.):
- Items are returned within 7 days of purchase date
- Wrong item shipped.
- Items must be in resaleable condition. All packagings and accessories must be intact.
Product will be refundable if either:
- Items are not as described.
- Item damaged in delivery and there is no stock for replacement.
Transportation cost of return and exchange products will be borne by the customer.
Any other form of returns will be considered on a case by case basis, usually in a form of discounted buy backs.
